We are the type of manufacturer got production line and engineer in house. When we say engineer, we mean a real engineer. Not the kind of engineer who is capable to open a CAD file and make it turn in every direction without understanding anything. We are talking about an engineer capable to modify a CAD file quickly based on request, capable to perform necessary simulation and optimization on the part. He needs to be capable to modify the design, generate simulation and above all he needs to be able to explain you why and how he make this modification. 

Some of our customers have build a design drawing for their new products, but some come to us just with an idea. Our engineer can help taking it from concept to production-ready status. Intitally You may need to communicate with our project manager the concept for your products. Including the materials you envision it being made from, rough dimensions, how it should function, and any other details. The more information you can provide, the better it gets. Once we accept your project that means we have confident to make it come true. We will provide you with a estimated quote for initial rendering, first generation drawings, and other processes that might be needed, such as the inspection of any prototypes and final drawing revisions.

The most complaints on manufacturing in China is that product design being copied. But It never happen in Dosimi. Upon request, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement with you where we agree to keep your product design and concept confidential.

Once you decide to work with us, Our engineer may produce some initial computer-generated rendering to give you a feel for what your product would look like. The new step will be create first generation drawing of all parts. These drawings will include all dimensions , tolerances, material, and finish requirements. A 3D model may be created in STPE file format. After you've approved the file prototypes will be made.So you can test that the function and fit are what you have in mind. Prototypes also give you products that you can show to your prospective customers for market research purposes.

There are always changes that are made after the first prototype is made. Your customers might make suggestions that would enhance your products features. We have capability to be vertically integrated, hence to operate change and modification on your design directly, quickly and internally. Our engineer could come up with ideas to help improve the design for manufacturing purposes, or the prototypes might provide you with the spark for new ideas or improvements. We will analyze and find a solutions to match up.

Once you’ve fine-tuned the design, our engineer will produce final,production ready drawings and offer the final production quote.

The engineering and prototyping process is different for every product.Some projects might require multiple design changes and prototypes, while others, if the products are simple, could be done with several sets of drawings and one prototype. We will work with you to expedite the product development phase as quickly as possible.

At Dosimi, incoming material is inspected to the requirements of a purchase order, general specification or applicable drawings. policies are made to ensure that only acceptable material is received and issued to the manufacturing floor. Written procedures ensure all manufacturing processes of which approved and modified by authorized personnel. Process and inspection records follow each product lot as it progresses through manufacturing. 

Final inspection performed on each lot to assure compliance to all requirements of the customer purchase order, general specifications or applicable drawings.
